These terms govern use of the vyop.ca website. Managed-services engagements (cybersecurity, SaaS management, managed CRM, managed communications, managed web presence, hardware asset management, workforce augmentation, and managed AI services) are governed by a separate, signed client services agreement, which takes precedence over this website terms page for any conflict.
Use of this site
Content on vyop.ca — including solution and industry pages, blog posts, and pricing information — is provided for informational purposes. Pricing shown reflects standard starting rates and can vary by engagement scope; a formal quote governs any specific engagement.
No warranty on published content
While we make reasonable efforts to keep statistics, compliance references (e.g. PHIPA, PIPEDA, OSC, FINTRAC), and case-study figures accurate and current, this site does not constitute legal or compliance advice, and businesses should confirm their specific regulatory obligations with qualified counsel.
