Who we are

Vyop Canada Corporation (“Vyop,” “we,” “us”), an Ontario Provincial Corporation headquartered at 2030 Bristol Circle, STE 210, Oakville, ON L6H 0H2, Canada, provides managed IT services to businesses in Ontario. This policy explains what information we collect through vyop.ca and our client-facing services, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

We collect information in two contexts:

• Website visitors: contact-form submissions (name, email, phone, company, and any message content you provide), and standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for site operation and security.
• Managed-services clients: information necessary to deliver contracted IT, cybersecurity, and related services — which may include access to client systems, network configuration data, and, incidentally, client business records stored on systems we manage. Given many of our clients are law firms, dental clinics, and financial advisories, this can include data subject to solicitor-client privilege, PHIPA (personal health information), or financial services recordkeeping obligations. We handle this information under the terms of the applicable client services agreement and confidentiality obligations, not under this general website policy.

How we use information

We use website-visitor information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and operate and secure vyop.ca. We use client information solely to deliver the managed-services engagement described in the applicable service agreement. We do not sell personal information.

How we protect information

Consistent with the security practices we provide to clients, we apply access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring to systems that process personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but security is core to our business and we treat information we handle — our own and our clients' — accordingly.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you as a website visitor. Contact sales@vyop.ca to make a request.
